Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and transactions carried out between Kukku Ramen Restaurant (hereinafter referred to as "Restaurant" or "we/us") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "you") within the framework of the restaurant operation.

2. Reservations

2.1 Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person. The reservation is binding and subject to availability.
2.2 For larger groups or special occasions, the restaurant reserves the right to request a deposit or prepayment.
2.3 In case of late arrival by the Customer, the restaurant may cancel the reservation or shorten the reservation time, unless prior arrangements have been made.

3. Food and Beverages

3.1 The restaurant offers a selection of food and beverages as indicated on the menu.
3.2 Bringing own food and beverages to the restaurant is not allowed, unless there is a prior written agreement with the restaurant, e.g. for special dietary requirements or allergies.
3.3 The restaurant reserves the right to change or modify prices, menus, and ingredients without prior notice, depending on product availability or other reasons.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment for food and beverages is generally made directly at the restaurant after consumption.
4.2 The restaurant usually accepts cash, credit card, or other common payment methods, unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 Invoices are to be settled within the payment deadline indicated at the restaurant (7 days). In case of late payment, the restaurant reserves the right to charge late fees and collection costs.

5. Cancellations

5.1 Reservations can be canceled in a timely manner, at least one hour before the scheduled visit.
5.2 In case of no-show by the Customer at the reserved time, the restaurant may impose a cancellation fee.

6. Online Orders

6.1 The restaurant offers the option to order food and beverages online. Orders are placed through the website or a designated platform and are subject to the restaurant's applicable ordering policies and procedures.
6.2 The restaurant strives to provide accurate information about food, prices, delivery times, and other relevant details on the website or platform. However, the restaurant does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information and is not liable for any errors or inaccuracies.
6.3 Payment for online orders is usually made online through the offered payment methods. The payment terms displayed during the ordering process apply.
6.4 The restaurant endeavors to provide the ordered food and beverages for pick-up or delivery at the agreed-upon time. However, unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, delays in preparation, or supply shortages may result in delays or cancellations of online orders. In such case, the restaurant will inform the customer as early as possible and may offer alternative solutions if feasible.
6.5 For issues or complaints related to online orders, customers are requested to promptly contact the restaurant to find a solution.
6.6 Returns or refunds for online ordered food and beverages are generally not possible unless there is a documented defect or error on the part of the restaurant.

7. Liability

7.1 The restaurant shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the customer's personal belongings.
7.2 The restaurant shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or other damages caused by the negligence of the customer or third parties.
7.3 The restaurant shall not be liable for any intolerances, allergies, or other health issues that may arise from consuming food and beverages at the restaurant. It is the customer's responsibility to inform the staff of any allergies or intolerances prior to placing an order. It cannot be guaranteed that suitable food and beverages will be available for all allergies and intolerances.
7.4 The restaurant does not assume any liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information or content on the website, platform, or other promotional materials.

8. Vouchers

8.1 The restaurant offers vouchers for the purchase of food and beverages, which can be purchased online or at the restaurant. Vouchers can be used as gifts or for personal use and are subject to the applicable policies and conditions of the restaurant.
8.2 Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are only valid for the purchase of food and beverages at the restaurant, unless otherwise stated.
8.3 Vouchers generally have an expiration date (one year) indicated on the voucher or in the restaurant's relevant policies. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiration date.
8.4 The loss or theft of vouchers is the responsibility of the customer. The restaurant shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
8.5 Vouchers cannot be used in combination with other discounts, promotions, or offers, unless otherwise stated.
8.6 Return or exchange of purchased vouchers is generally not possible, unless there is a proven defect or error on the part of the restaurant.
8.7 The restaurant reserves the right to restrict or cancel vouchers in case of suspected abuse or fraud.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 Changes or additions to these terms and conditions require written consent from both parties.
9.2 If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
9.3 The law of the country in which the restaurant is located shall apply.
9.4 The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be the location of the restaurant, to the extent permitted by law.
